Seneczko Law Offices, S.C. devotes its practice exclusively to the representation of management interests in all areas of labor and employment law.  We counsel and defend businesses throughout the State of Wisconsin on the difficult issues facing employers and human resource professionals in today’s business climate.

Our philosophy is proactive in nature, that is, our goal is to counsel employers in making appropriate decisions in the hope of avoiding litigation, or at the very least, to be placed in the best position in the event of litigation.  If litigation is inevitable, we zealously represent our clients and have appeared on their behalf before arbitrators, the NLRB, the EEOC, the OFCCP, the Wisconsin Worker’s Compensation, Equal Rights and Unemployment Compensation Divisions and in state and federal courts.
